Joe Holden; MRICS - Managing Director - Joe specialises in residential and commercial building surveying, with experience in building condition assessment and defect diagnosis. He also focuses on developing strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth and development of the practice.
Will Holden; MRICS - Director - Will is a Director with extensive surveying experience, overseeing the management and development of the practice. He focuses on maintaining strong client relationships while driving strategic growth and new business opportunities.
Jaeger Holden; BA Hons - Practice Manager - Jaeger oversees practice management, finance and administration, supporting the surveying team and the effective day-to-day operation and development of the wider business.
Luke Davidson; MRICS - Senior Chartered Building Surveyor - Luke specialises in residential and commercial building surveying, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence. He also mentors junior surveyors and supports the continued growth of Edwards Genesis’ building surveying services through networking and business development.
Alan Varley; MRICS, FCIOB, MCIAT - Alan specialises in building surveying, design, planning and CDM, providing technical expertise across a wide range of projects. He also supports and mentors the surveying team, sharing his knowledge and experience across the practice.
Brandon Moss-Flores; AssocRICS - Surveyor & Valuer - Brandon specialises in residential surveys and valuations, providing clear, impartial advice to help clients understand property condition and value and make informed property decisions.
Lewis Broad; AssocRICS - Surveyor & Valuer - Specialises in residential surveys and residential valuations, providing professional, impartial advice on property condition and market value.
James Simpson - Graduate Building Surveyor -James works across building surveying, schedules of condition and design and project support, while continuing his professional development towards Chartered Surveyor status.
John Brownlow; MRICS - Senior Chartered Surveyor - Consultant - John is a Consultant with extensive experience in residential surveys and valuations, alongside expertise in building condition assessment and defect diagnosis.
