Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the basis on which Edwards Genesis, part of Holdens Chartered Surveyors and Building Consultancy, provides professional services to clients.
Services Provided
We provide surveying, valuation and specialist reporting services as described in our service documentation. All work is carried out in accordance with RICS professional standards.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, ensure safe access to the property being inspected and notify us of any relevant concerns prior to the survey.
Fees and Payment
Fees are confirmed prior to instruction. Payment terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. Reports will be released upon receipt of payment.
Limitations
Surveys are non-invasive and limited to areas safely accessible at the time of inspection. Findings reflect conditions observed on the inspection date.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the scope of the agreed service and the terms set out in your engagement letter.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
